At Hair Luxe By Nay, every service is intentionally curated to provide a refined, luxury experience. Please review our policies prior to booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms below.

🤍 Reservations & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (total cost of hair) is required to secure all extension appointments
Deposits go toward your total service
Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received

🤍 Consultations (Required)

Mandatory before all extension services
Final pricing, hair selection & timing are determined during consultation
Missed consultations may result in appointment cancellation & deposit forfeiture

🤍 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please allow 48 hours’ notice
Late cancellations/reschedules = loss of deposit
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to full service amount

🤍 No-Show Policy

Deposit is automatically forfeited
Future bookings may require full payment upfront

🤍 Late Arrivals

Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be rescheduled
Deposit will be forfeited
If service proceeds, timing may be adjusted while full price remains

🤍 Extension Hair Purchases

All extension hair is custom ordered & final sale
Hair is not ordered until full payment is received
No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances

🤍 Hair Care & Longevity

Longevity depends on proper care & maintenance
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Improper brushing or maintenance
Non-recommended products
Excessive heat, tension, or chemicals
Failure to follow aftercare instructions

🤍 Adjustments

Concerns must be communicated within 7 days
Complimentary adjustments only within this window
After 7 days, additional fees may apply

🤍 Refunds

All services, deposits & extension hair are non-refundable
Salon credit may be offered at our discretion

🤍 Guests

To maintain a serene studio experience, no guests or children unless approved in advance

🤍 Hair & Health Disclosure

All scalp conditions, medical treatments & prior chemical services must be disclosed
We reserve the right to refuse service if hair/scalp integrity is compromised

🤍 Payment

Accepted: Cash & Bank Transfer
Full payment is due immediately after service completion

🤍 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service due to inappropriate conduct, repeated policy violations, or unrealistic expectations
